fished south of the harbour today in the open.

lost one fish in the snags at the beginning of the comp so decided to plug away in the same spot until the end.

the winner came a bit further down from me, which was over 6lb.

I managed this one at 4.96lb to land me 3rd place.

expected more fish today, it was all whiteys and the odd good cod.

well done fished the beach at the bottom of the ramp and didnt get a bite and my mate got a pier peg and had nowt either was a hard going day considering the conditions
