Seaham Open

Hi all.
Fished Seahem Open today.
200+ fished & 50 weighed-in (I was not one of them)
Biggest fish was 5.4 lb

I fished Dene Holme at Horden. Sea was bouncing all over the place & picking up lots of weed. However sea seemed to flatten off a little at the top of the tide (just after the comp finished). May be worth another visit on the next few tides?

Let me know if doing as I will not be down for a few days.

fished the old flight at horden on monday had 5 undersize whities 1 bass 10 inches all returned mucky bay and the bell hole was seaweed bound, a few other people down they had 1 whitie between them i think the sea needs lifting again and we could do with some hard frost
