Had a try at the above last night few fish about 10 around the 1 lb mark 2 about 2n half lb and a horrible doggey

Great spot that, had a massive Pollock right on that spot. Took 15 mins to get it on top of the water flat out. It straightened the hook on the lift and fell off, laid on the top for 30 seconds laughing at me before it swam away.. Ha Ha..! That's fishing and what keeps us going back.

unlucky on the Pollock mate . it makes it worse when you see the fish aswell its happened to me a few times . just got to keep trying
