Me and the missus and the bairn and a couple of his friends are going up to Seahouses next week for a caravan holiday.
We are staying at Seaview caravan park which is only a stones throw from the coast.
We went there last year and the holiday revived my interest in fishing.
From no fishing at all from 17 yrs of age i am now back at 46 yrs enjoying the sport.
I enjoy any type,mainly sea fishing and most recently boat fishing.
I,m going to take some gear with me this year and have bash up on the coast.
My son and his mates have been with me to Roker pier and we have caught Mackeral so i think they will enjoy themselves.
I,m also planning on getting out on a boat session on my own.
On a final note i also enjoy the old fly fishing but i think this is hard work.
Rewarding but hard work.
