Can not beat shakespeare beta with breakaway backrest conversion! Pricey but well worth it! Look for good condition second hand ones around £40

Or just beta box on its own.. Then can always add conversion at later date

shakey beta box with either a sherpa system or breakaway fitted.I don't like the internal breakaway shelf as it just seems to get in the way more than help as certain weights dont fit it also i like to take a big flask which goes where the shelf would sit
