Spent 4 hours on the beach this morning with bob collins and 3 other nesa members. He showed me how to do the off the ground cast which resulted me hitting a lead a bit further with a bit practise.Just like to say thanks to bob for taking up 4 hours of his time most appreciated.

a cant speak highly enough about that man for all he does for people he is a top bloke, if anyone can spot a floor in a cast bob can, a went for a lesson in febuary when a was just starting and i was amased at the time and patients he had for people and would highly recomend him to anyone:D good work bob:thumbup:

Couldn't agree more. I was there on sunday and can't thank bob enough for his time and tuition- top man and caster. Cheers bob much appreciated.

well what can i say was down yesterday for a sesh with Bob and what a nice bloke he is i cant praise him enough i always thought i was doing off the ground properly but how wrong i was he picked up on all the bad Harbert's i have and taught me the correct way and hey presto after three hours i was hitting 30yard further, thanks again Bob.

absolute pleasure i learnt alot by just watcing him.he has the petient's of a saint great bloke who goes out off he's way thank you bob nice to meet you m8 looking forward to the nexst lesson if i can get down that is ;)

bob you need to take a lot of credit cos if it wasnt for you giving up your own time to show me the basics i think i would of packed in practicing as when i came to you i was really frustrated with myself but you settled me down and once i understood the basic things like where the lead should be and how to create an arc etc basic stuff i know to some people but without been shown and explained how its all supposed to fall into place then without your teaching it would of made my life very difficult, you are a master at giving people the confidence to keep on practicing and once you have shown people the basics then it is down to that person on how much effort he puts into his casting as to what level he takes it to whether it be to increase his fishing cast or whether to take it onto the tournament field, me i feel lucky the way things have turned out for me and i have put a lot of hard work into it but like i say if it wasnt for learning the basics from yourself then i would of had nothing to build on so take a huge pat on the back bob:thumbup: and many thanks again and keep up the great work...jay:);)
