seaton sluice open

fished the open at charleys skeer then middle skeer, then under the crag, the sea was good i had crab, mussel, fresh lug, and white rag, cant understand it , it looked perfect, i did not see 1 fish come from the sluice. no caught nout. i went to the weight in 302 fished about 81 wieght in , h/fish was 8 lb i think from bog hall area. winner had about 19 lb

Two of my mates fished the last hour there and both had fish right before the end.......sure they were on middle skeer.

Fished the breakwater from 2pm until 3.30pm with the bairn - he had a small flounder after 5 minutes then hit a better fish - flounder with pretty orange spots just over 1 and half pounds. He's outfisjhng me and he's 4 yrs old!
