Has a wonder on the back wall last night , loads of small cod in river and in the rough stuff but the only good stamp fish i caught was this for 4.5/5lb . Roll on the weekend .

Aye Reg half the size of last lol. There loads kicking about my rod went mad again straight after that fish but was taking to a bloke passing and missed it when a struck . Just not cod tho lol

Nice one Liam, that’s an unusual visitor for this time of year and bodes well for the summer. The sleek and scrapping pollock are one of my favourite fish.

Got 2 now zippie . Can't fault the rod in any way . From clean to heavy ground it does the business . Can feel anything through that tip but has the power in mid to butt section for anything you throw at it . CLASS RODS .
