Second season winter fishing

Well this season is my 2nd season with out wetting a line, for 16 years i used to fish every week in the winter but lost interest in it. Few good fish popping up this year mind and i have been tempted but the spark not there anymore.

Anywya still good to see lots getting out and a few doing well.

same for me mate havent been for nearly a year,but down to health reasons but great to see the catch reports and fellow anglers enjoying themselves (most sessions haha)

Never say never but just dont interest me anymore, the idea of bait chasing, cold weather, trying to get ona good mark, lack of fish etc...just stick to bait fishing and spinning in summer months and the boat twice a week.

Cant afford bait Sless with the price of fuel for the boat

so you can go further afield now

Nar gone up loads with the new tax thing, costs n extra £2.40 a gallon or somthing now
Been 19 miles out on Stingray but hoping to try the grave yard one nice spell, will have to set off at 5am like as not the rocket Dolly used to be.
