Servicing of Shimano reels

Does anyone know of a shop or a person who can service/reapir a Shimano reel?

I have always done my own but with the Shmano Torsa 20 i just cant seem to get it running right as its making a noise and abit notchy, bearings all seem fine thou, all 8 of them, so may need someone who has abit more experiance of the workings.

Fast quick,and will return your reel in perfect gauranteed working order,done my own for 40year,but when it comes to a magor part or technical problem on a top end reel only place they go back to for me.
