Aye Duncan, i just keep an eye on the whitby forum, Big Cod normally mentions if he has any spare places, i had ear marked this week with the small tides but the wind put pay to that, on saying that they were out on wed or thurs and done well, fortunately i can get out mid week if shifts permit and its a lot easier to get a place maybe try shy torque for a change.
Aye Paul i saw the pictures...Good Stuff! are you out before 22 April with Allan, im just keeping an eye on the weather and intend to give it a go any time now if hes out.
Alright there, me thinks its Mr Skinners previous boat The Sarah, got some great memories from mid 80s onwards, witnessed some massive fish and catches over the years. Cant wait myself to get out, get this wind out the way and depending on shifts maybe a trip down Whitby to wet my appetite.
Hello, you're right Russ the boat is the old Sarah. I was very fortunate to be taken out on it as it's no longer a charter boat and we had a good trip and a good laugh.
I'm not really a boat angler but I have started to get into it a lot more over the last couple of years and I really enjoy the shadding and I like to read the boat reports and videos that you lads report on here.
The lads on the Whitby forum, Paul and Glenn Kilpatrick showed me the shads a little while ago on a trip out of Whitby on Pauls boat.
Paul (Bigcod on here) has the boat "Sea Otter" out of Whitby and like Jason has said he's a great skipper. He has some spaces this tuesday if anyone is interested.
