Got there 11am & the usual Banter & bite to eat got me started fishing just after Noon.
Started off on the Doxy which was being its usual difficult self.
The biting Wind made it uncomfortable, but managed to get 2 out on Buzzers before a trip back to the Lodge for some warmth & to see Kirky who was still in there enjoying the comfort.
Back out about 3.15pm & headed for the Albert & Alice Lake hoping for a bit respite from the bloody Wind.
Straight into fish from first cast & had 5 out, again on Buzzers, before the Wind increased & put them off.
Next few hours were very hard, with only 2 more fish falling to Lures on the Albert & the Noose.
Finally gave up at 8pm, bloody frozen to the bone, but well happy with 9 fish along with 2 lost & a goodfew misses.
Great days fishing, just wish this bloody weather would sort itself out.
Sorry no pics but got my Phone out to take one to find the Screen shattered. Think someone sat on it in the Lodge as it was next to my bag on the Bench Seat. Was in a fairly hard case too. Lesson learned.
