First visit since October last year. Nowts changed bloody Wind was mental and spoiled everything:mad.
Only 4 others on the Lakes and the Fish were hiding. did however manage one about 3lb. another guy had two and one blanked.Two still there as left after only 3 hours. Dire it was.:

Never been there but it sounds like its open to the elements . Nice fish by the way, Bob

Been today with Paul m8 and total opposite. No Wind No ripple and not many fish lol. Ponds were like glass at times. Had 2 on Dries, Paul had one and lost two. Hadnt been stocked last two weeks either.

Hello Bob, nice fish. I was down the other day and there was loads of fish rising and I just fished dries trying to tempt them.......I eventually got one but I was tearing my hair out by then!!! I doesn't help when just the few days before they were recording double figure bags!

I'm not having a great start to the year......I've blanked twice! but I'm not counting one of the blanks as it was at Knitsley and it was frozen over when I got there

ian you should have given me a shout when going to knitsley I just live up the road from there, could have called down m8 walk my dog around there most days
