At the Shields Club and we choose to fish the pier, we are not told to fish the pier.

Home

in the westoe club we are not told to fish the pier we have open boundaries and can fish anywhere,we have introduced a weigh and release system this year to save the killing of fish,if you catch a sized fish(say a 35cm cod) you can weigh it and put it back if you dont want to kill it,if you fish on your own you must bring fish back to the scales at the end of the match.
i hope this puts you in the picture mr secretary

To be fair my friend you have got me beat, the man I know, a LEGEND on the Black Path blanked at Eyemouth and has admitted it. Just to be honest as the day is long, I also have blanked at Eyemouth / St Abbs.In fact I blank everywhere I go. See you at the shop Steve.

weefus./ secretary of the honorable Shields club.

Back to back they faced each other
drew there knitting needles and poked each other!
Regarding THAT trip to Eyemouth Steve and Fluffy, i do believe there was fish all over the last(first) time Steve went there, got the best fish that day he did. Must have had an off day, either that or the lucky "guide" wasnt there!
