I went last year and had some great sport with the mullet.

got a rod from rutherfords for £6.99.

float fishing is best.

if you are using chicken,try it at distance with some strong hooks,and heavy line.

I went in may last year and put the report on here.the thread was called test ( do not know why i called it test )

it you can find it you will get a full 2 weeks report.

when i was there the locals didnt even have fishing rods, just mono attatched to a milk bottle as a float..

Just read that report Danny, dont like the sound of that poisonous thing like, youd of been snookered if there were no locals there to warn ya!!! Travel Insurance would be gettin hammered!!! I think ill give it a shot like, but i aint gotta clue about setting floats up etc, ill just ask in shop when i buy rod?

Couldn't agree more they'll try and take yer eyeballs and sockets out when you buy gear in them places, best off get a teleescopic at a local shop for a reasonable price plus it probably won't double up and snap on yer first chuck.
When I've been to them places all i've ever seen them use is bread as bait and it seems to work, you could try and get some fresh crab through customs like

Cheers Gordon, ive been thinking of puttin the crab in with wor lasses knickers and that but the stink of the fish will be that bad by the time that we get there being cooped up in that case....

I dont think the poor crabs could take it !!! HAHAHA...

I think im just gana try get a boat fishing day, and see if i can borrow sum gear off the locals...
