headed down for 6am fished till 3.30pm none stop sport all day off them yt's and dabs l took 5 yt's all over the lb mark but my m8 steve managed a cracking coalie of 4lb 1/2 his pb and a nice cod of 3lb 1/2 no cod for me noticed about a mile off the pier a boat lifting its net they must of been gutting there catch on the way in as the seaguls where all over them really good day shame about the wind thou

Yeah we heard about it from someone coming off, belter coalie and a canny scrap I'll bet. We were at 42 and just had small stuff. Wind was fu***ng terrible.

Seems canny oot there today, got to go doon there today later and get my club's results for the match fishing today from 10am till 3pm. :)
 
i would rather catch a coalie that size from the shore than a cod excellent fish mate did it put up a good scrap ?

about half way in it woke up he had a canny bend on his rod to it was wouth fishing in that wind just to see it
 
Lovely, lovely fish..well done to your mate steve. Only seen them over 4ib in Norway but definately one of my favorite fish.:)
