shields pier yesturday

went on the end of pier madness weights flying all over the place,so moved down to post nice and quiet no macky bashers.anyway fished last hour of flood and first hour of ebb very snaggy but managed to get fish out of it.i only went to try my new reel out saltist 30h nice casting reel good retrieve.end of day i managed a few codling some pics here.

always fish there but it only fishes at those times with crab just got to be prepared to loose a bit gear you know.

a heard there was a few cod to 5lb top of tide and ebb that area this evening

hi mate,yeah i got a few nice fish one of them was on your crab i kept the fillets for you ha ha.as soon as the crab hit the bottom the fish were taking it,i think theres always fish in that area but not always fishable. good luck
