Anyone fished the per the last few days? Not been on in a few weeks and was wondering if anything is about. Fancied somewhere other than fishing a river mark tomorrow!

Me nd me m8 fished it yesterday from 1pm just past the blocks me m8 caught 1 about 1nd half lb first cast then that was it lads coming off the pier head had big coalies off the end then a lad come off about 1730 said the codlin were just coming on but he ran out ov bait said he had 2 3lbers in his bag off the end but we were at the rail end by then which resulted in a flounder for me baits used crab lug rag razor mussle.

I've just come off frenchies and the sea is building from the southeast and was splashing over at the blocks and that was at low water, wind was increasing too so would make the pier very uncomfortable

Aye it's ment to be a bit bigger seas tomorrow aswell.... Probally gonna be a no go on the pier anyway

sunday frm early mornig produced a few up to the 4lb area, as we had a few hours in river with next to nowt to show
we decided on the pier and only had coles from rubble

Cheers bob. Will probs have a look at the pier low water ish and move I to the river for high if the pier is getting swamped!
