Just had a walk along and there's still quite a few Mackerel coming in.

That one reason to stay away then the temperatures are going to drop off next week the mackerel should start and drop off soon

I should have gone along for a few, need to stock up for the winter, aint even had a makerel yet!!! (gives you an idea how long I aint been out lol)

Not surprising there still being caught concidering how the temp has risen today compared to friday

Yeah I was on the pier yesterday for a couple of hours mid afternoon with the spinning rod, I only caught two and lost a third on the retrieve. Had a small coley and a small pollack too. I saw a few other mackeral landed so they were definately about but not in big numbers.
