Got along the pier about 10ish set 2 rods up one close
in and the other further out to see if i could wangle a
plaice out the first hours was slow then it was a dab fest
with the odd flounder amongst them no plaice but it was
a canny day for it and plenty of sport all fish returned to
fight another day there wasnt much coming in only small
stuff from the end.

Might wait a bit longer before trying for the plaice again
so i think seaham pier will be the place to go see if i can
wangle a doggie and thornback out

It was me fishing just up from you near the blocks. We should have some NESA placards to carry about to identify each other:)
Just dabs for me when I moved to the blocks, packed up about 4 o'clock.

Did you notice anyone trying for launce or coalies at the white wall? the launce should be in now and i need a few for my Tope trip in a few weeks time.
