Fished the round end nowt of any real size,couple under size codling,a dab,and this stumpy about 2lb,head looked like should have been 3lb,think it must have swam into pier wall at high speed by the look of the little bugger,nice to get out though,canny craic.

Stumpy for sure...they normally have a glaze to the eye's cos they keep bumping into things

Caught a few of them stumpy ones. Some bloke who was fishing next to us told me that's what they were. Shows it pays to do your own research and not listen to other people lol. They look like a cross between a whitey and a pout - weird things. Could have caught one without even knowing lol
