Will do mate. We go on 24th so earlier than last year, hopefully some bigger fish. I haven’t really thought about it to be honest but wouldn’t mind a big cod and also wouldn’t mind a nice ling. Last trip my dad had a cod on our first session over 30lb so wouldn’t mind one about that size lol. Couple of the lads had ling to 20lb so I wouldn’t mind a decent one. For me though it’s just the fact of being there and anything will do for me if I’m honest. I’m glad of the time off work and spending it fishing in lovely surroundings lol.

I agree, something about the place that I can't quite put my finger on. The fishing solid for a week in like you say amazing surroundings. I feel a bit cocky if I set myself goals, like I'm setting myself up to fail when I should just enjoy being out there. A nice size halibut would go down well as I caught all of my target species last year and had a great time. Have a blast mate and tight lines. Fingers crossed for a biggun for you.
