wetting meself with excitement .............. and quite keen on the comp tomorrow as well. Can we weigh in fish with legs, or do they all have to be 100% fin bearing?
Bri, unless someone actually warps time and turns up with 3 fish and at lines out ends up with up with -2 (which would constitute a minus blank and a new area for mathematicians to explore) worst catch will be shared by a number of us. Ladbrookes have given me me 25/67 against a positive result of me winning by losing. that\'s one way of covering your losses.
Hmmmmm...... silver cheque book and pens for those who catch nowt........but then.....that\'s already been done.....Blankety Blank, Blankety Blank.....lol
Just spent the last couple of hours making up PLENTY rigs.
Not having fished ower in the \"badlands\" (anywhere North of the Tyne and South of Berwick), very much, I\'m anticipating maximun tackle loss......lol
Cheers Sless.....that\'s very kind of Stevie.
You can pass it on to me if you like, but it\'s Jim (willywetegg), who\'s running the show this time, m8.
No worries, though.....it\'ll get to the right place.
Cheers Stevie, thanks very much......shame you can\'t make the comp
Competitions are a great way of breaking your routine and as a result fishing new locations. You only have to fish a mark once with good friends and your ears open and you can return to that mark forearmed and confident. It took me ages before I strayed from my limited patch, still go back of course (Tescos) , but hunting out a spot adds an extra dimension to your fishing.
