I have only just joined this forum recently so still finding my feet. I left the last forum I was on because there was basically only about 4 people on a forum of about 350 posting catch reports. So I am a bit dubious about posting. There are lots of fish about at the moment but I feel there is a deep suspicion between anglers who is catching what and where. I fish from the North Gare up to Roker and have had my best season so far this year. I hope folks just go out and have a go and not sit at home thinking its all dead. Most have been mops but more than big enough for the pan. These are just a few from this winter.

i was one of those commenting on the lack of reports on this site a few weeks ago but since then there are a lot more reports. Well done lads and keep them coming

Verry nice and it good to c new members uploading ther report ms us fishermen should stick to gether and help one another with spots ect yes hard to at times as you get them fishermen keeping any thing they cach messing mark up ect but it should not be like that. Some lovely fish there mate and Im pleased your having a great season, but next time you put a report on could you please include what sandwiches you ate, the trip there including any local land marks, wether your wife fishes and catches more and any other historical information that might not be at all relevant. I myself don't have any worthy catch reports of late so I enjoyed yours. Ps please don't just put a picture and one sentence as others may not find this worthy enough. Like I said nice fish.

Will make an effort to include pics of my Christmas cake next time I am fishing and how many turns I tie my knots with.
