Great to see that the old "midweek trips" on Mistress are still popular. (I've organised a good few "NESA midweek trips" through Tony in the past) Good luck to all taking part.

Just a quick word of advice for those who've not been on Mistress before.....

Tony (Avis) is a really nice bloke and a good skipper, too and will try his damndest to put you over the fish - be it hard ground, inshore wrecks or further afield, and will be very helpful when it comes to line foul-ups or landing fish.....however - when shifting from one location to another - be prepared for a soaking, it's full throttle all the way with Tony (and Mistress can't 'alf shift - twin turbo deisels). Once you're underway to the next "drop" move up to the cabin area.....if you're anywhere aft, you'll get a reet proper soaking.....lol....isn't that right, Graham....lol

Lol Tony, yer not rang there, It certainly can shift a bit mate. Really looking forward to it, wasn't sure if I would ever manage a boat trip again but gonna give it a go. As long as I have my box to sit on I should be fine.
