anyone fancy helping me with some funny ideas for signs to put up warning people not to leave rubbish after them on piers river banks and beaches

"If you can read this sign it means it was only put up 5 minutes ago - come back in half an hour and there's a prize if you can still find it"

Take heed of what Mark has said.....lol........it's TRUE .........been there, done that (several times)

Remember also - you need permission from the landowners before you erect any signs - otherwise your signs will be classed as "litter" and removed - and if you're caught putting them up, it'll be YOU who will be classed as causing litter by erecting unauthorised signs.

cheers for the tip off mate but i think the only way to stop it will be for the port of tyne to fence it off mate and i dont think anyone wants that to happen.i have some dark clothing upstairs so i could erect my signs in the dead of night.i could be known as the phantom sign erector i dont want this to get too serious i just want people to respect the area their in and to think about the effect it has on the wildlife down there too.

stick to your bin bag or dont bother at all bud,I guess you could always report them discreetly if you had the chance and they could prove it.

thanks lads i will have to do something cos if i dont the place will get fenced off.i might just make a point of telling everyone who i see down there how long it took to clean the place up that might guilt them into taking their rubbish home.failing that im a big lad so i could just sit on them for a while and ,,,cant say the rest:casstet:
