sinker wires ??

I'm after a couple of hundred wires to finish off a hundred sinkers...where do the weight makers on here get theirs from, and what kind of money ? (pm me if you'de rather not say in public !)

Or is it cheaper to buy a small roll of wire and cut it up ?

I had a search around, can't find them cheaper than ebay unless you bulk buy a kilo at a time (not sure how many there'd be in a kilo, but I'm guessing probably 1000 ish) woking out around £35-£40.

I use the galvanised outter wire from steel wire armoured cable it doesn't rust making them last longer and no rust to chaffe line.

I always bend the wire into a 'U' shape then turn the ends over that go inside the mold for safety otherwise the wire can pull out making it dangerous for casting just something to bare in mind
