skin on or skin off?

Thanks Alan, beetroot in that picture is from the allotment I think it goes great with fish. Then again a love beetroot and will eat it with anything

Lads, when I catch that 16lb shore cod I will treat you all to fish and beetroot I would be so chuffed!

Defo leave the skin on the beetroot n roast it in the oven!
As for the fish, you can take the skin off the deep fry it in seconds. Extra treat like crackling on a pork joint
 
how can you tell the difference between brown bread @ white bread? You call youself a fisherman?what a stupid reply imo.if you ask for skinless fish thats what you should get,as for boneless,think filleters do there very best job to remove in first place.rant over.
