Could anyone advise me on how to keep ? How long will they stay Ok in fridge before they need freezing ? and is it best to change the paper they are in ?

As I said mate, I salt them if I am using them in the next few weeks, otherwise change the paper and freeze.

Stay in the fridge for weeks if you can put up with the smell, longer the better I have found. When freezing I slap mine then roll in cling film then put them on the top shelf to freeze as fast as possible.

Agree with pighunter there,good for dabs when there "sticky"but also them pigs,after a storm n the blks are swilling around,can be deadly.
Like mentioned above,I wrap e'm in paper then put e'm in thick freezer bags too,just prevents freezer burn n also keeps them fresh/stops them drying out
