off to fish shields today with my old mate danny boy,has anybody try there luck on the pier in the last 24 hours.anyway full report on my return:yltype:

yeah eddie mate we did had a good day mate danny boy landed a 5.5lbs cod and my biggest was 2lb"er and also danny had a coley 2lb but also had coddlings,coleys,pouting to 1.5lbs and lots of small coleys,whittings.we both caught these fish on berwick blacks,raszor,rag,squid and we fished the end to the left casting into shipping channel and even know there were to big seals we caught fish which nicked one of dannys coddies
