Hi tornado,
you go to the royal quay's on the sea side of the inlet where all the boats are moored, you can park behind the trees and it's only a two minuit walk.
when you get there you will find that there is two holes in the fence allowing you access to smith's dock, has'nt been fishing very well lately though.
