smiths docks today 3.15 - 4.45pm

jumped on my motorbike to royal quays, got 1st cast out at 3.15, using black lug and blow lug, couple of knocks every cast but 3rd cast got me a nice 39cm whiting which is getting battered tomorrow night. plenty of people arriving but i had to leave as the eye snapped off the telescopic rod i was using (sorry scotty91, it was gonna come off anytime). gonna walk down to and through the pedestrian tunnel later tonight with me dad and see what happens... i have a good feeling about tonight, will post a report when i get back, or up tomorrow morning. scotty i have no credit to msg you so sent one on fb.

aye cheers mate, and he new it was going, still got the eye but dont know if it could be welded back on or not.

it was steel or alli factory welded on mate.

Guess the leg has snapped then. Warm the end up and it should come off. You should be able to pick a new one up from a tackle shop.
