Beware, times are bad for the fools so they're trying to screw the few punters that they have.
They've invented megga issues about an extension that was built on our house 26 years ago and the planning permission and illegal words have been mentioned, not to mention the sharp intake of breath and additional costs that may be involved

My partner Jaq has no knowledge of planning, building regs or building control but she solved all the solicitors nasty problems today by making one call to the planning dept. No planning permission was required in 1982, just a decisin notice # NT/840/82/BR
