and proof of the fact that double rainbows have mirrored colours ....... ie they go the opposite way on the second rainbow.

Yes thats camels island, its a very good fishing spot.

Would he have been stuck on it till the tide started to go out, or can you get on /off at high water?

You can get on/off about 2 hours either side of high water, no Pop got nowt but it did look perfect.
