Sonik Sk chesties.

Any1 got a pair of the above neoprene chesties. Just wanting to know what there like. Fitting wise ! Be goin for the 13s I think.

Are they the black ones? I've had a pair for the last two winters & think they're very good - better than the Greys which I've gone through two pairs of already, the seams around the soles of the boot would just fall apart, although I managed to repair them with about a full tube of Stormseal on each boot & now just use them for crabbing!

The Soniks are a bit thicker, very warm and I like the wider "moon-boot" style boot. However, they are quite snug fitting - some of my rather portly buddies complain they're a bit too tight, and the straps could do with being a bit longer if you're tall. Best of all the neoprenes I've had - Snowbees are utter garbage, Greys good but after 2 pairs going around the soles I won't be getting any more.

They've stopped making them now, so if you can get a pair I'd say go for it - I'd expect to get a few more years out of mine yet & after that, well, I'll have to look around.

I mate, the black Ones. Found a pair on eBay. Brand new, £70. 12-13. But I'm 6ft 5 and 18 stone. Think ill give them a blast and hope for the best.

You should be ok with the size 13's mate - I take an 11 and am a shade under 6ft. One of my mates is about 6-4 and can fit in the same size ok but at more or less the limit of the straps.

Think ill chance them. Of there no good ill try get rid of them on here or something. Wonder if any tackle shops will have any in to cheekily try some on ! Lol

Grazers used to sell them not too sure if they still got them in. They are spot on waders but size is a trouble as already said.

Sk3 which look green and sk4 which look black the sk4's are the more expensive but like I say give them a bell see if they'll do you a deal
