Gary just looking to pick your brains if you don't mind- it's dying off a bit a dim gonna have a look out later and fish it down- any suggestions where's worth a look Whitley- Blyth way on? Was gonna give whitley beach a try but looks flat now and am a it stumped!! Cheers

I haven't seen the sea today but just had a look on the surf-cam and there still seems like a decent roll on. If fishing down to LW later on I'd still be very tempted to try Whitley beach, probably the stretch from the Panama down-over (as long as it's not too weeded up), but probably only expect a large number of small fish. If you're looking for a (hopefully) better stamp of fish, a chuck into either Cullercoats Harbour or round the corner in Slatey Gut (top end of Tynemouth) would be worth a go.

Another shot that I think would be worth a look over LW would be West Bay skeer by St Mary's Island, should be a nice roll coming in there and would probably be my first choice.

Good luck wherever you go,
Gary :)
