South of France

Morning gents,

Off to the south of France later this month and planning on doing some beach fishing. It'll be around the Nice, St Tropes area. Never fished the area so any hints, tips, advice gratefully expected. I'll be taking a travel spinning rod with me and will pick up a cheapie b/caster out there.

Went to Antibes once and there were guys fishing off the rocks there just beside the beach pulling plenty of small stuff in on the float using bread. Plus there was an ice cream van there and it sold ice cold tinnies at a reasonable price Great place to be like
