few mackeral caught but there still not in in strengh,my mate border riever bagged a few but struggled in between bouts of wind which was of some magnitude some other anglers feared they mite of been blown off the pier but a good day.

Hello Steve, I went back on pier 2nite, 7ish, no sign of mackie wiv spinners on the end, I landed 3 codling, just undersize, 3 returned safe!, spoke to 2 guys on me way off on the bend they had 5-6 mackie between em on the float! tight lines m8!

We took about 60 in 5mins 200 yards off the south pier so they are there if we get the settled weather to bring them in that little bit closer

Aye stevie not a bad morning the mackie's been tagged & bagged for the winter.Their was a canny little crowd and some thing else I noticed (no mess&no foul language) makes a nice change even the youngin's were good craic, hope I haven't spoke too soon. I'll tell you what though it would be a good idea to put a gag on those tamil tigers I had such a headache with that f%&cker rabbiting on all the time iv'e ran out of aspirin

i was there with my wife and her uncle...and we left as we thought we were gonna get blown in lol (may have been us u seen if that was u on the bend)...he caught 1 macky and we tried for some codling off sluice rocks but didnt get a nibble.

Hi Alan an Steve, was a pleasure fishin nxt 2 ya's, a mean howay! a canna speke tamil anyway! if them f**kers was on the pier last neet a wud of bin mugged for da cod!!!, lol, an there was probs nee bad lingo cos the yunguns that wor on the pier Sat,morn was ahl hungower!!!!!!
