hiya, i was just wondering if anyone knew if people were catching mackeral down at sheilds pier yet? i mean its getting warmer alot quicker so i thought it may have quickened the process of catching mackeral.. any help is appreciated

I'd give it a few more weeks,you might get the odd stray fish,saying that they seem to appear earlier every year,if the waters clear you should get some Colies with the spinners
While on the subject I was over the caravan at the weekend and got talking to big Mallies son Michael in the Clash bar.He has taken a few off the wall mark on the end of the Mull. Must give it a whirl next time I go over.
