No but the this is what shields pier is like a few that fish it think they are above and beyond everyone else.

That's life though mate, you will find people like that in all walks of life. At work, at the football, in the pub and even on internet forums. Not just restricted to fishing.

It's a big pier to think you own it lol some great lads on the pier but a lot of complete knobs to, the same lads that want nothing to do with anyone sharp come round to you if you have nice shiney gear though. Personally I like my gear as it's setting I love doing but I do not and never will look down my nose at anyone using cheaper gear than myself, drives me mad when I see it.
