If you fish off the knuckle or elbow of the groyne you should loose very little gear, this is my favourite spot to fish..

It might be my favourite spot graham but I have not had much luck there recently, and knowing terry with his fresh crab and exceedingly good bait he could catch fish on the moon, ( by the way do you know anybody that has got a spare rocket going cheap ).
