who are these numptys making fire's on shields pier. went on sunday morning just before the first gate some one had a fire against the wall the concrete was all broken up off the heat. do they know what damage there doing and to top it all tieing the life rings to the railings and then l got to the end to find some nutter or nutter's had a fire next to the small wall if they keep on doing this kind of thing we will end off getting kicked off.
no dowt its been mentioned before so to the nutter who is doing this please think of the the other anglers who want to continue fishing the pier l should of taken a photo sorry forgot

i fished on saturday and i seen 2 scorched marks on the wall by the 1st gate idiots

Andy Rutherford sent me some info regarding Roker pier

anglers have responded well to the news that the police wish to clamp down on the anti-social behaviour taking place on the piers in Sunderland, but as this same concern has been raised about other piers etc, many anglers have also been up in arms about such behaviour on other piers in the region which could get their sport stopped. If you see anyone behaving inappropriately you can call the police on 101 ext 69191 and report it.
