fished the rotten bottoms match 1200till5pm.started on the small wall after 2 hours moved back down the pier,got 3 codling in 5 chucks 4lb 8oz.using rag lug fresh and frozen crab.i could not work out how quickly i was using the worm until i spotted the thieving tw$$$,as soon as my back was turned these little birds were running up to my packets of bait and helping themselves.must have been in their element free fresh offerings.ha ha

Well done on the fish mate, lmao at the birds. It has probably happened to most of us without realising as there are always lots of them running around. I will keep my lid on my worms in future though lol.

At my old house I left about three bags of rag in the cold garage to air as they had sweated a bit. Came back to find only a few left. Mice will eat anything.
