fished south shields pier three weeks ago sorry the report is a bit late but better late than never
fished all night
using just lug and macky cought colies before dark down at first gate moved up to end and fished out to sea, cought a couple of whiting and small cod but pretty quite till 1/2 hour befor e high tide about 11:30 ish cought some good whiting a massive dogfish weighed 3 pounds one cod of 4 1/2 pounds and one of 2 pounds then nowt till mornin when i cought more coalies had a good night was only one out and sea was flat calm
