went down the pier today fished from 12 till 5pm.started on the 44 mark had nowt not even a bite (not that i could tell with the westerly wind blowing my tip all over) after two hours there i moved up to the end where i saw two lads catching fish one lad had a codling about 2lb and the other had one about 3.5lb.the tide was dropping off by then but i still fished on wind and all.on my second chuck i pulled in a nice 3 pounder so thats the new rod christened
