Hi all.

16 members fished today from 1pm till 6pm in foggy but lovely mild conditions. Shame the fishing wasnt as good as the weather, it was really poor apparently. 1 angler weighed in.

1st - Steve Gordon, 1 Dab, 5ozs!!! :o

That dab earned him a tidy £64! Well done that man. :)

its that time of the year when its just crap! lol

I was out on the kayaks up blyth, only one codling about 2lb... good fun to be out, and catching fish on rods as soft as spinning rods :)

amazing how a short distant can have affects on fishing.the ice store area was lifting with good size coalys at n/shields between 10 and 2.30. was there no fish at the walkway oppisite. davy.

I did hear of one lad winning his club match from the walkway yesterday with a bag of coalies so they were about (don't know if he got as many as Peter & Kenny were getting) - guess the shields lads must have been up the pier where the fish weren't ??

Gary :)
