Thinking about a weeks shore fishing there this summer, looking for recommendations for somewhere decent campsite near a town for the night life and short drive to some decent marks. Anyone help?

Make sure you have a look at Valencia Island on the se coast.
You can fish right round the island so wind direction isn't an issue.
You can catch big mullet in the harbour, big conger and huss at night. Hordes of mackerel for bait, try freelining a whole joey mackerel for big pollock and cheeky strap conger during the day.
Only problem is dragging yourself away from the place.

Dingle good, as Roker says about Valentia variety of fishing in most conditions and some good fish to be had. Good night out on a Dingle weekend
