Spinning - Between FB & MB

I'm looking to get out tomorrow and just try a bit of spinning at low tide, and i was just wondering if there is any good places to spin for pollack between Frenchmans Bay & Marsden Bay.

all decent places to spin from, all the rock maks are worth a go but i think its a bit early and the water looks like pea soup at the minuite
