Spinning Rigs

I was hopeing to do some spinning within the next few days, but was wondering what would be the best rig or setup to use. I was going to use the 1 up 1 down rig, maybes with 8\"booms to help prevent tangles. Anyhow, any advice or tips would be much appreciated!

SAJ, I do quite a bit of spinning. My spinning gear is always in the back of the car no matter where or when I go. I use an american snap swivel on the end of the line and attach the lure straight to it., nothing else, just cast out and retrieve varying the depth and speed of retrieval.

all the spinning i do is a lure atached to my main line ( ie a toby lure ect ect )

So I take it your only using one Spinner/Lure per cast and nothing else? No weights? and here\'s me trying to complicate something so simple! Cheers lads.
