Spinning

What's a half decent set up for spinning and what tackle would I need ? Never tried it before but fancy giving it a go soon , cheers

Few diffrent things u could try mate u got ur spinners and day lights if u fancy a bit spinning there only couple ov quid from ur local tackle shop come in all colours and size's.or u could try a float av heard ov ppl catching on them lately so it could be worth a try al be going out at weekend to give it a go like.

Best bets probally the piers am not to sure meself av just started going meself spam pretty new to it all aswell had nowt on a spinner or float yet but ppl av been with have so a know it works lol .hopefully me luck changes on weekend

After trying many. many spinning rods and reels we eventually settled on an Abu Garcia 9ft endeavour rod and Abu Garcia cardinal reel for lynn and an Abu Garcia 9ft spin devil paired with a Shimano 5000re for me. Lovely light set ups.

Both cast like a dream. Not overly expensive, especially second hand on the forums.

Blanked first 2 trips of the summer, so hoping to see how they behave with a fish on! :red:

Same here mate cant wait to feel the bite on the spinners like am gonna try get out as much as possible this summer!

Yup, spinners and jellies/plastics only for me this year. No strings of shiny things!!
